Developed in partnership with Porto Business School - recognised among Europe’s leading business schools in international rankings - Inov@cork is positioned as a practical and collaborative learning experience focused on business challenges and project management.
The programme has been designed to bring participants closer to the organisation’s business reality by fostering skills in teamwork, creativity, innovation, communication and project management through a hands-on approach centred on experimentation.
As part of the Young@cork project, Inov@cork will enable young professionals to develop group projects with direct application to the company’s operations, using different working methodologies and problem-solving approaches. At the end of the programme, the teams will have the opportunity to present and defend their proposals before the organisation’s leadership bodies.
With this initiative, Corticeira Amorim reinforces its commitment to the development of its employees - one of the group’s strategic pillars - and to preparing new generations for the future challenges facing both the organisation and the sector.
