Daniel Caramelo: my relationship with cork is natural, elastic and comfortable

Daniel Caramelo, Portuguese designer who collaborated with Corticeira Amorim in the MATERIA project for which he created "Pino", an original Vodoo Doll Memo Board, leaves us the testimony of his relationship with cork, a material that, he assumes, continues to suprise him.
“Similar to the characteristics of the material, my relationship with cork is a natural, elastic and comfortable relationship. I do not remember the first time we met, we have known each other forever, each time we meet I am unexpectedly surprised by a new feature or a new function, I do not finish understanding it.
Many congratulations to Amorim for his long life, for the respect and responsibility with which he has always guided his activity.
